Topographic Plan

The topographic plan includes all topography found on the field. It shows buildings, rivers, roads, level curves, etc. This plan is of very high importance for professionals such as architects and landscape firms for the elaboration of a project in regards to the condition of the land on which the project will sit.
The topographic plan includes the position and elevations of the physical elements found on the terrain and can be helpful to determine flood zones or slope percentages in order to set the position of a future construction.
